  • We as a Visa processing assistance agency shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization against any Transaction.
  • It is mandatory that your Passport should have a validity of at least six months from the date of arrival in India. As an International Travellers need to have the return ticket or onward journey ticket, with sufficient money to spend during your stay in India.
  • Travellers coming from the eligible countries are requested to apply for the online Visa for India minimum 4 days in advance of the date of arrival with a window of maximum 180 days.
  • e-Visa for India is valid for 60 days from the date of arrival. If the e-Visa is for the purpose of Tourism and Business, it will be valid for two entries and for the Medical purpose it will be valid for Three entries from the date of the first arrival date in India after its issuance. e-Visa for India allows you a maximum of two visits in a calendar year.
  • e-Visa for India is valid for entry through 24 designated Airports (i.e. Calicut, Chennai, Chandigarh, Cochin, Bagdogra, Ahmadabad, Amritsar, Lucknow, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Pune, Tiruchirapalli, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Trivandrum & Varanasi) and 5 designated seaports (i.e. Mumbai, Chennai, Cochin, Goa and Mangalore). However, the traveller can exit from any of the authorized Immigration Check Posts (ICPs) in India.
  • The travellers are requested to carry a copy of e-Visa while travelling. On arrival in India, the biometric verification of the applicant will be mandatorily done at Immigration.
  • The traveller is requested to accurately fill the Visa Application Form and submit it with the applicable visa fees and mentioned documents.
  • Incomplete or double applications will be rejected.
  • The traveller is requested to give correct email ID as we send the e-Visa via email in JPEG or PDF format as attached files.

Cancellation and Refunds

As applicable visa processing fee is paid, we begin our visa processing related service. That means that you cannot get your money back once after we started our service, no matter if your application is further cancelled, refused or approved by the authority.
